Charlotte Adelle graduated from Abbey Road Institute Melbourne in 2017 and has now established herself as a standout vocal producer, producer and songwriter on the rise. In early 2018, she started to work at Studios 301 alongside senior engineer Simon Cohen (Justin Bieber, Starley, Thelma Plum, Illy) as his vocal assistant.

In a recent Alumni interview, Charlotte said “If you have a good can-do attitude… then you can achieve anything.” That attitude has shone through and supported her advances at 301. She collaborates with local Sydney artists as a writer, producer and engineer. Charlotte is using her platform to encourage other young people in her field to create a strong and safe community.

When she’s not collaborating with incredible Australian artists, she’s working on her own material as a singer/songwriter. She records her stunning voice and publishes the videos on Youtube and Instagram. Consequently, she is well on her way to becoming a name in the Australian music scene.

Phoenix Manson is an artist/music producer from Melbourne. He makes Hip Hop and R&B music that infuses an old school vibe with the modern new wave sound. Having graduated at the end of 2017, Phoenix has since released WAVELENGTH – EP, with toplining by Charlotte Adelle as a result. Phoenix was also an integral part of the Beat Collective Committee. Most noteworthy, he ran the fortnightly, live streaming show on TRNSMT. He also performed at festivals and venues including Electric Relaxation, Surf Coast Arts Festival, Beat Collective Sessions and High Bias. Having moved from Melbourne to Berlin to start building a network in Europe, Phoenix is now exploring the electronic music scene. As a result of this, he is working with rappers and producing beats for their projects.

Phoenix’s creativity in unstoppable, and consequently most of his time is spent in the studio. He is constantly making new music for his own project or for other singers/rappers. Furthermore, Ableton Live is his weapon of choice. Consequently, Phoenix has grown from a bedroom producer who made music as a hobby to an audio professional. You can find out more about Phoenix on his website. 

Quentin Durual joined Abbey Road Institute Paris having already gained some experience in the music industry.   He worked freelance in mixing and compostion as well as working on two festival of light projectsin Lyon   before studying with us. He also studied in London for a year to make music and improve his English.  Following that he joined Abbey Road Institute Paris in 2017.     After Quentin graduated at Abbey Road Studios, he travelled to Australia for a 3 month internship at   the famous and well respected 'Studios 301'. Upon returning to France, he has been working on a variety   of projects including composing for television through a company called "The Range". He continues   working as mix engineer and as a session guitarist for performances, collaborating with artists such as   Nicko Soulchildren odaiba, Paul Flint and Tony Dofat. Following his graduation, Dominic Parry worked as a full-time apprentice at leading audio equipment rental company Britannia Row Productions. Founded by Pink Floyd, Britannia Row has grown to become a global leader providing equipment for the London Olympics, Foo Fighters, Mumford & Sons and The Cure‘s tour. Dominic assisted in the 2019 Brit Awards as a stage technician for numerous performing acts including James Bay, Calvin Harris, Hugh Jackman, and P!NK. He has also worked on Andrea Bocelli’s world tour and the MTV European Music Awards. Dominic’s apprenticeship scheme at Britannia Row Productions continued the training he started at Abbey Road Institute. He worked for several months in each of the companies departments (Maintenance, Speakers, Cables, Rigging, RF, Digital, Warehouse Manager Assistant & Prep) whilst taking part in two 15 week training courses; Live Sound fundamentals and Live Sound Intermediate graduating with distinctions in both.

Despite COVID having cleared his calendar of potential work in 2020, Dominic was not disheartened but instead moved to New Zealand, who were COVID free at the time, to find stable audio work. There he freelanced for Oceania Productions on: All Blacks vs Australia Bledisloe Cup (Corporate Lounge), Aotearoa Music Awards (mic & backstage management) and Plane Sailing festival 2022 (stage tech). He also started as a Production Technician for Streamliner Productions where he was then promoted to Head Venue Technician for Sky City.

Dominic is extremely proud of his work in New Zealand, working on projects that hold extreme significance to Māori culture such as operating the audio for The Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care in 2022.

Dominic is currently taking the Ableton Professional Certificate with Berklee Online, hoping to break into playback engineer roles in the future.

Clara Blanchet, alias Klaar, est diplômée d’Abbey Road Institute Paris en 2018.

Clara Blanchet est une jeune auteure, compositrice et interprète française née à Paris. D’abord résolument moderne, son style s’inscrit entre pop et rock. En effet, ses influences musicales vont de la variété au folk-rock, en passant par la musique électronique et le hip-hop. Fort de son premier single “Baise-main” elle a notamment remporté les KR Découvertes 2018. A la suite de cette récompense, KR a organisé un concert intégralement retransmis en streaming. Clara a ensuite collaboré avec la productrice Sylvia Massy pour une nouvelle vision du single “Baise-main”.

Stéphanie Ung completed her training at Abbey Road Institute Paris in 2019. Before studying with us   Stéphanie undertook classical training at the Paris Conservatory where she learned the violin.   She then became interested in writing and composition which allowed her to discover and explore electronic   music. It was her interest in this genre that encouraged her to pursue her studies at Abbey Road Institute Paris   where she developed skills in sound engineering and music production.     Within two months of obtaining her diploma Stéphanie secured an internship at Coppélia Studios. The following   month, she was hired as an assistant and worked on sessions with Youv Eee, 7 Jaws, Yseult, Kungs,   Ben l’oncle Soul and has begun to do sessions as a sound engineer where she has recorded   artist Laetitia Bay.
